By Monica Wepking, Editor Lake Andes merchants will be holding their annual Customer Appreciation Day on Friday, December 4, 2009. Plans are to have Andes Central students' sing Christmas carols up and down Main Street at businesses. Various businesses will have promotions and specials (see Dec. 2, 2009 Announcer) and may serve refreshments and treats. They may also have sign-up boxes available for prize drawings. You can sign-up at businesses for the Community Club drawing for hams and turkeys.
